FAQ and Background InformationSiemens Regional Users Summits 2008 Q. What options are available for attendees traveling from outside the city were events are being held? What hotel options are offered? A. It is expected that there were will some attendees that wish to stay overnight in the local area where each Regional User Summit will be held. A limited number of hotel rooms have been confirmed at each of the venues for the regional events with a variety of room rates. Most are confirmed for room rates of $149 – 200 / night. All locations were selected because of their convenience to airports, train stations, and for travel related convenience. If you would like a hotel suggestion, please indicate your interest on the registration form and submit your registration as early as possible. We will reply to you with suggestions and instructions based on the event you are registering at and what rooms are available. Q. Hotel Information A. Hotel options vary based on the regional location of the Siemens User Summit you will be attending. A limited number of rooms are available at each venue at the following hotels. Submit your request with registration as early as possible, or chose any nearby hotel you prefer. Optional hotels are available at every venue. Southern Region – Grapevine Convention Center Q. I participated in the Siemens Customer Reference Program in 2007 and understand there are benefits related to JUST-US in the program? What is offered and how do I get more information? A. Participation in the Siemens Customer Reference Program must be renewed each year with the assistance of your Siemens or Channel Partner Sales representative. The Siemens Customer Reference Program offers significant benefits for our customer base. The program includes coverage of your JUST-US annual membership fee. For 2008 the program has been enhanced and includes two levels of customer participation – Premium Showcase and One-to-One Showcase. One-on-One Customer Incentives include:

Conference Registration A. Click here to registration for your local User Summit, and any other you might attend. A conference program will be provided when registration processes are closed and prior to the event. Q. Ground Transportation A. All locations were selected based on the travel convenience they provide, including transportation to the event locations from the local airports. Shuttle service will be available from each local airport to the events (not provided by Siemens). Taxis are also readily available. Directions to the locations will also be provided to you upon registration. Q. Directions Grapevine Convention Center (Dallas, TX) Q. I'm a JUST-US Member and would like to participate at the event in my city? What options are available? A. Promotion of the JUST-US organization and acquisition of new members is a key focus of the Siemens Regional User Summits for 2008. Volunteers to present in the exhibit showcase booth are needed in every city. In addition, we are looking to have customer presenters for breakout topics at all locations. At each event starting with the evening on Day 1 at the Networking Reception meals will be provided in the Solution Showcase and Partner Pavilion.
